Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Lesson progress, quiz results, language choice, reduced-motion preference, and similar settings are stored locally on your device. This information is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.

Purchases and subscriptions

When you view, buy, or restore Premium access, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. RevenueCat helps us validate the transaction and determine whether Premium is active.

RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, device platform and operating-system information, purchase and subscription events, store receipts or purchase tokens, and the last time the app contacted its service. We do not send RevenueCat your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or advertising ID.

How information is used

• to show available products and localized prices;
• to activate and restore Premium access;
• to prevent purchase fraud and resolve transaction problems; and
• to comply with store, accounting, and legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Purchase-related information is shared only with the applicable store and RevenueCat for the purposes described above. Machine Elements does not sell personal information, serve personalized advertising, or use third-party analytics SDKs.

These providers process information under their own policies: Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Retention and your choices

Local learning data remains on your device until you clear it. Store and purchase records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their policies and applicable legal requirements. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account. For a privacy request, use our support page.

Children's privacy

Machine Elements does not require a profile and does not knowingly request names, contact details, or other directly identifying information from children. Purchases remain subject to the family and parental controls provided by Apple and Google.

International processing

Store and purchase providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their safeguards and transfer practices are described in the policies linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
